Adrienne Sharp- Book Discussion
Adrienne Sharp discusses her book "The True Memoirs of Little K." The story of a Russian ballerina during the times of tsars and grand dukes. Ms. Sharp's book is currently being made into a film and will be discussing the process of book to dance to film.
IMPACT! 2012 DANCE CAMERA WEST
This panel will explore the immediacy and impact of dance on popular culture. The focus will be on dance in all its current manifestations: Youtube, international dance shorts, fashion, live performance, commercials, television, and features, and how the media has popularized, made accessible, and continues to shape its approach to and integration of dance. The panel will include a list of internationally renowned directors, film festival directors, choreographers, agents and more.
