Fans of Ballets Russes will enjoy Ballerina this resplendent documentary by director Bertrand Normand about the training and unique skills of five dancers from the Mariniinski Theater, formerly known as the Kirov Ballet. Rich with ravishing performances, it focuses on some of Russia’s pre-eminent ballerinas. Featuring: Svetlana Zakharova, Uliana Lopatkina, Evguenia Obraztsova, Alina Somova.
