DCW Announces LAUSD Student Call for Entries!

DCW is launching a special Call for Entry for students to screen work at the June 2010 Dance Camera West Festival.
The student program will be part of LOCAL MAKERS on June 19, a free outdoor screening event featuring local southern California dance and media artists.
Open to all LAUSD students K -12 (other districts welcome)
Entry due date is April 15 (completed work)
No entry fee.

To be considered for the festival the following is required:
- Completed DCW entry form
- DVD – please no online preview requests
FESTIVAL ENTRY REGULATIONS
- Entries must be on DVD.
- DVD should be postmarked by April 15, 2010 and sent with DCW entry form.
- DCW prefers to keep all preview DVD’s for our archives.
- Please email 300 DPI jpegs along with photo credits including photographer, dancers, director, choreographer, and film title to festival@dancecamerawest.org.
- DCW is given the right to use excerpts from your work in all DCW promotional materials.
- DISCLAIMER/LIABILITY: Every effort will be made to protect entries while in the Festival's care; however, the Festival and its sponsors do not assume liability for damage or loss to media.
- Upon acceptance into the festival your film cannot be withdrawn.
- Please send completed entry form with DVD
